Data Deletion

An organization administrator can disconnect a Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn account from the Accounts area in AgentMOM. Disconnecting removes the stored access token and stops AgentMOM from accessing that account. Content and analytics already stored for the organization may remain until separately deleted.

To delete an organization's connected account data, content, analytics, and related records, email workforsankshit@gmail.com from the email address associated with an organization administrator. Include the organization name and write “AgentMOM organization data deletion” in the subject line.

We will verify that the requester is authorized and complete a valid deletion request within 30 days. We will confirm when deletion is complete. Limited records may be retained where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, security, or resolving disputes.

Deleted access tokens can no longer be used by AgentMOM. Deleting an organization also removes its stored publishing records, media references, engagement data, analytics, and knowledge-base content from active systems, subject to the limited retention described above. Deletion does not remove posts or messages already published on a social platform; those must be removed directly from that platform.
