Information we collect
AgentMOM connects to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn only when an authorized administrator for your organization chooses to connect those accounts. We receive and store access tokens and relevant page or account data in our Supabase database.
We may also store the content your team creates, publishing schedules, comments and direct messages needed for engagement workflows, analytics data, and basic account and organization information needed to provide the service.
How we use information
We use connected account data solely to publish posts, read and reply to comments and direct messages, and show analytics for the organizations that connected those accounts. We do not use one organization's data for another organization.
AI services
AgentMOM uses OpenAI and Google Gemini to generate captions, images, and reply drafts. Information needed to fulfill a generation request may be sent to these providers for processing. We limit that information to what is needed to provide the requested result.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell personal or organization data to third parties. We do not share it beyond the service providers and social platforms needed to operate AgentMOM, comply with the law, protect the service, or fulfill an organization's direct request.
Security, retention, and choices
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored information. We retain information while an organization uses AgentMOM and as needed for legitimate operational, security, and legal purposes. Organization administrators can disconnect social accounts or request full deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
